Terms and conditions

By staying at Rumah Bukit homestay, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

- When accommodation date(s) is agreed, upfront payment will be arranged by direct transfer to a nominated account.
- We will ask you to provide copies or take photographs of your I.D. / documentation (passport / KTP), this is our obligation to the local authorities.
- Your rights: During your occupancy, you will be the sole guest and have exclusive tenant access to Rumah Bukit homestay. As part of our service, our friendly local helpers will still access the property to assist you with cleaning and maintaining the property.
- If the guest(s)/occupant(s) cut their stay short, 50% of the remaining balance is refundable and Rumah Bukit homestay will refund it to you.
- While the village area is known to be safe and peaceful, please do not leave valuable belongings (cash, credit card, passport, jewelry, electronics) unattended. Rumah Bukit homestay (proprietor, staff, local helpers and associates) is not responsible or liable for the loss of personal valuables of the guest(s)/occupant(s).
- Please ask for assistance in regards to house keeping and maintenance. Rumah Bukit homestay (proprietor, staff, local helpers and associates) is not responsible or liable for personal injury of the guest(s)/occupant(s) during their stay.
- While we will do our outmost to care for your wellbeing, it is the sole responsibilities of the guest(s)/occupant(s) to be covered by insurance for their belongings, health, personal injury, physical and material damages. Rumah Bukit homestay (proprietor, staff, local helpers and associates) is not responsible or liable for material loss and medical expenses of the guest(s)/occupant(s) during their stay and/or using related services (e.g. transportation).
- Please treat Rumah Bukit homestay with care. While we do not usually charge for wear-and-tear and minor damages, the guest(s)/occupant(s) is responsible for major damages caused by the guest(s)/occupant(s).
- Please be internet-wise. Rumah Bukit homestay (proprietor, staff and associates) is not responsible or liable for any online harm caused by using the internet at Rumah Bukit homestay.
